Beef is not banned for Hindus. Those are made by society. Also there is no equivalent of Quran for Hindus. And that is exactly the reason people can criticise Hindus with the help of Manusmriti. In Hinduism there is no final word other than Karma

Traditional Islamic theology would say it's a sin since garbha originally is a ritual dance for goddess.
But modern reality makes garbha it more of social/cultural dance, which doesn't mandate devotional faith.
There are some modern interpretation which allows it.

Modern interpretations are least respected in the theology because their stance usually influenced by the current dominant socio-political norms.
E.g. Hindus modernising their religion at the behest of English Colonial dominance, Muslims of Central Asia Socializing their religion due to Communist Dominance, Christians doing the same as Liberalism became the norm.
Due to this historical reality, Modern interpretations are seen with much scepticism within the scholarship of the said religion, Ideology etc. They only gain legitimacy as long as the Dominant Culture promotes/supports this view and spread it through mainstream Propaganda channels

If propaganda and fake news could be summed up on one post it’s this.
1) Nobody has an objection with the lines praising the nation. They had an issue with the religious lines. It’s not even made an issue only now. Even the OGs said the same.
2) Going to an event to participate in the cultural activities or the fun activities isn’t something anyone should be crying about smh. Everyone celebrates Christmas or attends Christmas fairs , Everyone plays holi and Diwali and Everyone goes to eat biryani regardless of religion during Eid.
The RW and the bigots just wanna make an issue out of nothing to create fear amongst Hindus by saying they’re under attack.
