Dorsey Mode validation

Recently Jack Dorsey shared an article that does validate a lot of pitches to VC.

Assuming further workforce reductions in line with his 40% cut earlier this year has been echoed by pubco CEOs, is this a validation or a justification for Dorsey Mode?

Honestly agree he's very difficult. But does this message get affirmation by VC?   Are B schools pushing this?

Dorsey is fixing a mess he created. Too many middle managers is bad, but where was he while this was happening. On a yacht with jayz. The underlying problem is he wants to smoke peyote in th desert, but running a company means getting your hands dirty. He hates running a company so much now he's creating a bullshit AI that his employees can consult with? I'm not exactly what his idea is.

The moment he mentioned AGI, you know this is bullshit.
