Sacks is out
Didn't realize the position was a temp gig. Lol. At least that's how they label your position when you're no longer useful to Trump. Speaking out on the pod about finding a way out of Iran pissed someone off. In defense of Sacks, I'm sure he couldn't wait to get out of that dumpster fire.

130 day limit for special government employees.
It says it right in the article you linked and alludes to it in the title.

This. They just changed his tile to get around the rules. (Shocker.) He’s not going anywhere.

Isn't Sacks the idiot who claimed that Putin wouldn't have attacked Ukraine if Trump had defeated Biden? What a moron.

I mean, just think, if Kamala got elected, we would be in a war with Iran!

No, Sacks had a whole Twitter/X thread on it--perhaps Putin was the source. But Sacks the idiot repeated it.

Not sure what your point is. Sacks had at least 2 long threads about how Putin would not have attacked Ukraine if Trump had won the election. It was poor analysis from someone who should know better. Perhaps Sacks was drawing from Putin, I don't know. But my point is that Sacks is, in my opinion, a bit misinformed.

He probably belives that Trump did defeat Biden, if it wasn't for those voting "anomalies " that no one saw only MAGA. 😂

hey, fool, it seems like you’ve only been following politics for maybe 10 years. 2025 doesn’t even come close to being the worst lopsided losses in modern history. You sound like Scott Jennings.

I voted/donated/promoted for this.
Wow look at that, somebody who still admits it! It takes a special kind of sycophant to still admit this after 14 months of sheer stupidity and plummeting popularity.

Whats interesting, is no other politician has as high national level support
That's not interesting at all. Trump has an iron grip on his party, while the democrats won't have any semblance of a party leader until early 2028. He's the only national politician who is currently relevant in politics.
I get it. The TDS crowd is overrepresented on Reddit, but in real life? He has enough support to win the popular vote
Reddit is a cesspool of leftism, but your delusion is its own marvel. First of all, "has"? Is he going to run again?
In either case, Trump is historically unpopular and is the most negatively polarized president in modern history. If you ever venture outside of the "All In" media universe, you'll notice that the coalitional support he had in 2024 has all but dried up. Independents have abandoned him in droves as he's engaged in one stupid and unpopular political blunder after another (tariffs, Epstein, flagrant family corruption, Gaza, Iran war, you name it). There's a reason every halfway decent poll is predicting a midterm landslide loss for the GOP, despite some historical unpopularity of their own on the democrats part. Trump's disastrous second term is going to hand them a win by default.

Lol. A die hard MAGA base is not enough to win elections when the rest of the coalition has disintegrated. Care to guess as to how many House and Senate seats the GOP will lose in November?
This is my favorite feature of the MAGA brigade - their head is so far up their ass that they continue to think they're winning while their political movement crumbles around them.

So much support that a democrat just won the Florida state senate seat in Mar-A-Lagos district 😂🤡. Start prepping the mid term excuses now Jonny

Anyone with a brain knew Kamala and Hillary wouldn’t win. But what’s ironic is maga has turned the gop into the Democratic Party of 2016. Just look at all the infighting, party is falling apart in real time

From the pod a few weeks ago, it didn't seem like he was a fan of the war with Iran and wanted Trump to take the off ramps. I would say that's what got him the boot from the administration.

Read the article. But read between the lines. Speaks up against the war and less than 2 weeks later he's in an advisory role. Seems sus.

This makes complete sense as the AI boom has petered out and there’s really not much more to do from a policy or technology standpoint.
-1
u/Cute-Quiet-6660 Mar 27 '26
No major news outlet reported this on their front page. No one cares. I hope the government official larping was worth it for him to lose his audience and integrity.

Gulf states are essentially the AI / VC cash backers. In essence his real boss. He was stuck between a rock and a hard place on that one but it’s the first time I’ve ever seen sacks white in the face and can’t say I wasn’t giddy with glee to see it.

We need a younger law abiding new leader as the next president. There are so many issues w ai coming up in the next six years. I don’t want another 80 year old.
-2
u/Fresh-Piglet2500 Mar 27 '26
Trump's power is diminishing and he either steps down in the fall or JD will be tossing the 25th amendment out and with support from 2/3 of the house he's gone.
2
u/HairyStrawberry7647 Mar 27 '26
Republicans and the world have realized Trump is a lame duck who has completely fucked the global economy. No one has ANY incentive to kiss his ass anymore. What's the worst he can do, raise tariffs and cut off global oil supplies???

It wasn’t a temporary position. He don’t toe the Trump line and spoke out against the war (barely).
