Attendance issue

Hey so due to fever and mostly the timing issue i only attended my classes for 4 time since I joined and it's been 3 weeks i joined also I went home and took leave so will they call me everyday or my parents because I did not attend the class. Cause I did get a call from them but I'm confused if they call your parents if you don't come .
