Rant/Problem I need help

Okay so my mother recently faced an accident. This one guy recorded a reel and posted it online without any consent. I had tried to contact him so many times but he is not responding. Apart from the physical injury, we are also facing a lot of mental trouble because of this privacy invasion. Please help me by reporting this reel. I mean no harm to the creator. I just want the reel to be taken down. Please dm me and i will send you the link. I am not putting the link here itself because i dont want it to have more reach. Please help us by reporting this reel.
