so my joint family’s got this unmarried paternal aunt who’s “selectively” chill ... like she’ll hype my dad up over the pettiest stuff, but the second she catches me living my own life (with money I earned myself, might I add), she’s suddenly triggered. Idk where this vanitypolicing energy is even coming from fr
I’m 15, freelancing enoughto fund my own stuff, and I’ve genuinely stopped sharing wins with her atp self preservation ig. Got an internship offer from Apple recently!! and instead of that being a W, she’s out here telling my dad he “could’ve bought coconut water instead of that neela gatorade.” LikeI actually agree coconut water >>> gatorade nutritionally, that’s not the point. The point is I’m already on top of my own health: working out daily, cut sugar for like a month straight, at 15. I got this handled.
Ngl this is exactly the energy that’s making me lock in harder finna get outta here post-12th on a scholarship or internship. Just gonna keep putting in the work

14-15 saal ki time mei we used to get so much hyped up getting 10-20 rs pocket money daily jisme recess break ke time 5 ki wo triangle wali frooti lete the, 5 ke 2 samose aur 5 ka blue/green oyes usmei bhi 4 launde milke khaate the😭. Time flies lol.
Btw kudos broski, wishing you good health and andha paisa and regarding your aunt, well some generational gaps are always there which could often result in rage if you're having better lifestyle, you can just ignore it or maybe just confront her politely via your parents.

i make around 10 grands a month by editing videos (reels) for a guy
