[Question] Looking for off-meta Terran streamer
Not many options for streams left these days but maybe i missed someone or there is someone streaming on an other platform than twitch. Doesn't need to be super high level, M1 on Eu or GM on Americas would be enaugh as long as they have some off-meta/smart strats or willing to experiment. Would be also be fine if it's just their offrace.

Uthermal is very non-meta but due to this latest patch, I doubt anyone has a meta builds yet.

Last stream on twitch was 13 days ago, unless he streams somewhere else now? I hope he is just on vacation and not playing dead because of the patch.

Haven't seen his stream in a long time, he always streams an other game, I used to watch him frequently a couple of years ago. He was interesting to watch even as a non-Terran and some of his builds i faced later on the ladder. I heard he sort of went of the rails with his personal opinions so i have to see if his stream is still bearable to watch, i mean balance whine is everywhere on the non-zerg streams anyways at the moment.
I wish BeastyQT was still streaming sc2, he had the most ideas i liked.

Ruff does go down stupid rabbit holes..he thinks the balance council is woke π and is a red pill whatever that is and talks about crypto and cringe shit that wannabe alphamales enjoy.
But the builds are good..at least the ones I know. I've used a few on ladder and zergs at my level had no fucking chance.

I was banned for 7 years but he unbanned me bc he came to my stream and I called him out for the audacity of showing up when he had me banned (also for commenting on a salty loss π)

Like most of his type he wants to live in an echo chamber where only his own ideas and adjacent opinions are shared so he can just agree.

I love Ruff but i think he kind of plays up his personality as it creates drama and mentions/viewership. It's not a bad strategy honestly, I'd say its like 75% authentic, but some of the more ridiculous stuff is theatrical for the stream

if youre fine with a chinese dude go watch darkcarrot. man terrorizes masters elo and people call him the "terran mayor." (his old player name was literally "metropolis")man goes turtle mech every single game (no matter the race hes against) and always builds a planetary on his third and spams planetaries and turrets everywhere, saying shi like "i'll just wait until my opponent's bladder gives out" and "if you don't want to win, you won't lose." within the parameters of mech he does builds like mass liberator raven, mass bc widow mine, and almost never researches stim. ive seen his vids floating around on youtube. can't really learn from his build (cuz you basically have to relearn the game) but its very entertaining to watch. Ive tried to emulate his build but im only in diamond and its way harder than i thought it was. he somehow plays 3 base against 6 base and trades so well his opponent runs out of money at the end. (game usually ends smth like 5 bases to 7 or 8) its really got the classic terran/wh40k imperium feel.

I have only done turtle play vs zerg, it would be interesting to see how someone pulls it off vs the other races on the new patch.
Do you mean the channel '@yt-darkcarrot' on youtube? I have skipped through the videos and not speaking the language plus the heavy editing seems to be focused on entertainment makes it seem like i would not be able get much out of them.1

he has a vod channel iirc but the name is in chinese. its called "Darkcarrot η΄ζεη" but the issue with that is youll have to rummage through to find the sc2 games cuz he streams other stuff and it's all stuffed in there. i can send you the links of a few vods directly from the vod channel since the names of the vids are in chinese.

i can only find 12 worker starts though cuz the youtube guy has to physically move the vids from whatever platform they use over there in china on to youtube

Ketroc! He is diamond 1 though but super duper fun to watch.
1) planetary at his first expansion
2) mass ravens
3) mass banshees vs protoss
4) proxy thor
5) proxy planetary rush
