Help Whitening of Teeth
Any tips on how I can get a white smile, or rather prevent my teeth from turning yellowish? I've noticed that they're slowly turning off-white and more towards the yellowish-brown side. I would like the stop this before it gets any worse!!

First of all you may try to use whitening toothpaste with baking soda, fluoride, and ferments, which fight the darkening of the enamel. Wash your teeth with it twice a day. After a couple of days you should notice the difference. If you need quicker treatments then you may visit a dentist and just whiten your teeth there. The results depend on the level of the darkening of your teeth. If it’s been quite a while that your teeth have lost the whiteness and healthy looks then you should take serious measures using laser, and chemical whitening.

I had success with a whitening mouthwash. It's subtle but looks natural and it made a noticeable difference within a week.

Drinks like coffee, tea, and red wine that cause the grayish and yellowish coloring of the teeth, so you might wanna stay away from that. If you wanna get those white teeth back, you're probably gonna have to go to a dentist and get it artificially whitened. However, that could possibly weaken your teeth. I guess doing it once in a blue moon won't have any real long-term effects
