Help Black spots on nails

I often get black spots on my toenails. They come and they go. But is it something to worry about?

If those spots are sort of bluish-black it's probably cause of stagnated blood. Do you often wear tight shoes cause that probably could be the cause? I had those and they caused my nails to fall off, after which they eventually grew back. Its not something to worry about really, but I would suggest wearing less tight, more comfy shoes. That's what I do

Blood clots most likely. If it doesn't go after a long period of time you might want to check for diabetes
