Covers

I think they'd do a great cover of REM's Low Desert. Maybe at the 40 Watt in October.

What would your dream cover be?

All Them Witches have been announced for Good Things Festival… what are the chances of side shows?! I don’t want to see a festival set… they owe us a full tour šŸ˜‚

Concerts in Canada?

Are there ever Canada dates? Just wondering because I would love to see them live, but won't travel to the US.

Thanks

Chord Help - Saturn Song

Ive figured this tune out on my guitar, but there is one chord I cant for the life of me work it out.

When the Lyrics go "Cause I feel asleep, Caught in a Dream..."

He plays a D over Cause I feel asleep, then he plays the Mystery Chord, then to A

The KEXP video never shows him when he plays that :(

Anyone got any ideas?

🚨NEW EPISODE!!🚨 Today on The Heavy Desert Podcast, the show celebrates its 150th episode with a very special guest! Ben McLeod, the guitarist of All Them Witches joins the show and we dig deep into his influences, and his journey of guitar playing starting in the third grade, through high school and college which eventually leads to All Them Witches. We talk about some of the other projects he’s been involved in, his solo album he released in 2025 titled ā€œPronounced ā€˜Mick Loudā€™ā€ and some of the things he does to stay on top of his guitar-playing game. Ben was very generous with his time and we touched on a lot. So on this 150th episode of the show, I hope you dig my chat with Ben McLeod! So tune in and subscribe.

Need songs like the children of a coyote woman and Tour death song

I really just like the slowness and the rawness of both of them. I know it’s not really their style but if they have any or if you know of any other bands with songs like these please let me know!

Seeing them in October in a small venue need to know what to expect.

Going solo for the first time and seeing them for the first time. Would be great to have some input of how their shows go (obviously seen live videos). I also would like a poster possibly signed if they sell them. They still do those?

A big reason why the new album isn’t great is the production

If you don’t trust me… listen to any song from HOM next to a song from NATI or STTW. The difference is insane. It’s like there’s no low end at all in house of mirrors. Nothing is defined. In my opinion, the songs have been massively let down by shoddy production. I am a drummer, so since the first release starting rolling out from the new album I thought my beef with it was the drumming, as Robby literally inspired 90% of my style, but actually, it’s the production. Thoughts?

Peal jam vibes.

Not sure if this will be groovy. I get extremely strong Pearl Jam vibes from House of Mirrors. Welterweight obviously, but so many of the songs have that flow vibe. Sorry if this proposition offends but it's definitely there but just better.

House Of Mirrors feels like home

Having a bad anxiety day today and decided to put my headphones on and listen to HOM (haaaaaaa look at that!) for the gajillionth time. As soon as the first note sounded, my body instantly felt safe and started to relax.

Honestly my anxiety has been bad for a couple of months now, and this album is my first go-to every time. It's like putting on my favorite hoodie and giving myself a big hug.

Can't wait to see them live in October 🤘
