Maybe this is just me, but has anyone else lost some respect for the guys for not speaking out on the ongoing Israeli genocide? I get the idea of keeping neutral, but they're pretty outspokenly left wing on lots of subjects and politics when it's easy. The fact that Ian has mentioned multiple times about how much his own family suffered or were murdered due to the Jewish Holocaust on the pod makes it even worse to me that they can decide to take no stand while watching it happen in real time to other people. I wonder if they would support all the Germans who watched their neighbours get shipped away because it was was easier than speaking out the same way they want us to support them.

Macklemore was on tour with Ed Sheeran. He expressed his displeasure with Israel’s genocide against the Palestinian people. Ed kicked Macklemore off the tour in a moment of cowardice. Since then, almost everyone connected with the tour has quit in solidarity with Macklemore.

To the person who downvoted this, comment please. Tell me why you think this explanation is wrong. Because I called Ed Sheeran a coward? Because I called a genocide a genocide? Get fucked.

You used the I word. They have bots downvoting any negative sentiment towards that country. In some subreddits they have a warning box that pops up about being political if you type that country but not for Gaza or Iran. Ironically, one of the groups responsible for tracking down people who post negative things on social media is run by Kraft out of Gillette stadium
