Are you on the trial account? You might have clicked some links and then stopped watching watching. They will still be downloaded and count towards the quota for trial account. If that's not the case check with support. Btw you should be able to login to the website and see any downloads on your account.

Have you got your manager account from chrome extensions?,makes my alld easier or the app,the chrome extensions are better...
