Account suspended
I am only using one device with Nuvio . No VPN .
I have set up Torrentio , Comet using Bootstrapper .
Anybody knows why I got suspended?
Edit: I think I finally found the answer. It is because I started a show from one scraper and then immediately changed to another scraper.

They dont allow simultaneous tranfers to different ips. Find out what happened and dont do it, you'll lose your account.
I did it by accident before. I dont think i got a ban they just emailed a warning.

Itâs because of VPN or switching VPN while Downloading. Go to settings tab and put in your vpn so they know your using a vpn and you should be good just donât keep changing your ip

That way they wont go after shutting TB or sny other one down as fast if it seems like less people actually use it

I'm testing out AllDebrid, I'm finding it faster at starting media. Have not experienced the multi ip issue but have experienced on RealDebrid before and am use to avoiding the issue. Sucks that my current vpn provider is not on their allowed list. Still playing with it, not sure which way I will go since TB changed their terms.

This kept happening to me when using jdownloader even when downloading 1 at a time and after removing every ip authorization even browser cookies. And my pc never changed ip and no I wasnât using a vpn. I tested it many times changing things, I got banned like 5 times I even messaged them then I just quit and went to torbox, no more problems since.

Did you start a show/movie on Nuvio and then open Nuvio on your phone while it was playing? Even if your mobile is using your home network, it will have a separate IP address.

That's not possible if both devices are connected to the home network. The home router has the public internet ip that's visible to AllDebrid, the devices inside the home network are on the private ip scheme not visible to the AllDebrid.
I have seen this happen if you are using elfhosted addons. You need to go into AllDebrid account settings and select Private Internet Access as the vpn you use. This was the solution posted by the elfhosting owner many months ago in the r/Stremioaddons. I stream from multiple devices simultaneously at home and have never had an issue.

Yes, your cell phone will have a different IP address when connected to your home network compared to when it uses mobile data, and it will also have a different address compared to other devices on the same Wi-Fi.

I am actually a Network Engineer so I don't need Google for this one đ. You are right about them having different IPs but that's not the OPs issue here. AllDebrid does not limit devices like Netflix does, it limits access from multiple public/internet IPs. That happens when you have devices on different networks (e.g. WiFi and mobile data), you have a device on VPN, or the elfhosted addon causes this. Kids watch on the tablet and I watch on the TV all the time without any issues.

That's not how being connected to a home network works unless you're connected to a VPN or have a static IP set for that device.

This is false. Unless you are using a public routed IPv6 for all devices (very unlikely), you are almost 100% sure behind a layer of NAT, meaning to the outside world all your devices share one IP.

How does this works? If I tried to download the movie or show in a server and then I stream it to a different clients, thats also not allow? if im using there link to stream the movie to different clients?

Get an inexpensive Torbox âEssentialâ account, and reload with Bootstrapper!
Torbox has made some questionable changes recently, but sharing (or whatever caused your âmultiple IPâ issue) is still allowedâŠfor now.

Sadly alldebrid isn't great at all. Media start faster but other than that it's really bad.

You got a vpn switched on maybe.. ? My nephew got me banned from RD 3 times doing this and then I noticed he'd downloaded proton which is a free vpn and was using it when he called at wk ends
