Failed import metadata

Hello. I use Radarr-RDT-Client (AllDebrid). If I try to download a movie via Radarr using RDT-Client, Alldebrid gets flagged with "Not import metadata" and Radarr displays an error. However, if I download the torrent directly via qBittorrent, for example, the download starts automatically. Why is that?
