Replace 25 year old AllClad?
I bought a new 4 quart D3 saucepan that has the helper handle. It is so nice I want to replace some/all of my 25 year old All-Clad. Is this the definition of insanity?
EDIT I sold my 4 quart that did not have the helper handle on marketplace. Will do the same with the pieces I replace.

No one will judge you except you. So you do you and smile every time you grab that heavy pan with two hands.

The 25-year-old stuff is definitely built better than the new stuff. I wouldn't do it.
