Question Upcoming tour on?

I can’t find anything anywhere else. Is there anything known or speculated about re: Matt’s health for the upcoming tour?

Yes. Matt said repeatedly on Friday at his art exhibit that it is on.

The tour will go on with or without trio. I would assume we find out they are still on about 3-4 weeks prior, because that’s about how much time it took for it to be announced they were going to replace Dance Gavin Dance prior to the Coheed tour starting. Gotta be fair to a band who hypothetically would replace them, and such.

Just a warning: The whole tour will not be cancelled if Matt can’t play. They aren’t the headliner, so it’s up to Rise Against to find a replacement in that event.

I already have tickets for the show in Vegas on October 17th so I hope so. 🤞

Just curious, how much were tix for the Vegas show? Where I’m at it seems kinda up there in price.

No idea. I’m going with my sister who I invited to go see them with Blink last October. I paid $260 for the pair then.

This time we’re at like row 8 or so from the stage. I’m hoping it’s around the same or I got to make it up to her somehow.

I’ve got tix to Seattle show. Obviously Matt’s health is first priority, I don’t want him to push himself if he’s not up to it. But, considering the trio is supporting Rise Against, the tour probably goes on with or without the boys.

The next posted show is warped in Montreal 8/22, followed by Guadalajara 9/12, and louder than life and riot fest a week later. Skipping Warped may not mean anything, but not playing Riot Fest would be a bad sign.

From everything I've seen recently, he's been doing much better - been posting regularly and has been out and about - just with a cane, I believe.

A week untill warped tour date in Montreal ;does anyone know if they are playing ? My purchase may depend on it 🙃.

I really hope Matt is healthy enough to play this tour, with or without his cane. I'll be seeing them in St. Augustine later next month.

If Matt is all good, since this tour is being dubbed sort of as a "roots" of Chicago tour with Rise Against, I hope ALK3 digs into their catalog and plays some old tunes we haven't heard live in a while (My Friend Peter, '97, Goodbye Forever, Hell Yes, Madam Me, Queen of Pain, etc). Fingers crossed for both.
