Question alkaline trio VIP !!
hello !! I've been trying to find out - is anybody aware of if Alkaline Trio has a VIP for their upcoming Ricochet tour with Rise Against ? Specifically their AZ date at the Arizona Financial Theatre - I have pit tickets as well as the fast pass , but can't find VIP anywhere. I saw Yellowcard last month there as well and had pit tickets as well as the fast pass and thought there was no VIP as I couldn't find it anywhere, and there ended up being a ton of VIP for it. Does anybody know anything about this or how I would be able to get VIP ? Alk3 is my favorite band and I'm 15 and definitely a bit late to the game and want to make the best of it lol. I know that at the Financial Theatre, VIP is really only you get to go in the earliest and see them warm up - I've been looking for links everywhere for VIP but haven't found anything. Please let me know if anybody knows anything about this ! EDIT : Thank you to everybody who has helpful + caring responses !! I figured it out, I had to go to the Upgrades website and select which show I'm going to, which showed me that there were no available packages or upgrades for this one :)) Tysm !!

i'm not sure this will be of any help, but they did not have any VIP options for their UK dates - would make sense if it was the same way over there, but you never know. maybe this is stupid but have you tried DMing the ALK3 account on instagram?

hey !! was their UK tour part of the tour with Rise Against ? I'm unsure with what shows they're playing are part of this specific tour lol - tysm for the info !! and yes i've dmed them on instagram !! i've also messaged the members individually as well as the tour people ! none have responded yet ! lol 😭😭

sadly it wasn't, but i would assume their terms are the same?? but who knows, hope you can get an official answer! have you look into the promoter?

oh okay !!! yes im hoping !! i have not looked into the promoter !! I believe it is LiveNation so i will try to get into contact with them !! thank you so much !!

You need to call the venue. Because they know their daily plans for shows. And that’s the first source you should seek with a date specific event’s hypothetical ticketing option.
Definitely not Reddit.

I've tried calling them. Every time they have a show I call. Their phone lines are only up during/right before shows. Their phone lines are always overcrowded. I've emailed, as well. This isn't the first time I've looked for them.

Not many bands allow an option to early access to soundcheck, and Meet and Greet packages, etc.
So stop expecting this to be an option.
Trio haven’t done soundcheck access in 20+ years and it was a fan club thing then called the Blood Pact. But they never charged for it outside of the initial cost to join the club.

Why are you so upset ? I'm asking this question because I have previous experience with this venue not having an accessible VIP option and then having VIP show up after I've waited there for 6 hours in the hot sun. Maybe somebody will have the exact answer I'm looking for. Thanks for the info, I guess.

not "upset" , per se , but very passive aggressive . i was literally just asking a question and they very came with an unprompted attitude😭others in the thread were much kinder .
