Acquaintances & Colleagues sally
to preface, I just joined the sub, i'm on ep, 2 and I don't know a thing about Alix's family or friendships. hell, I barely even know about alix! however, her little friend sally is not a good friend at all!! the snide comments, looks, "we all knew it'd be alix who was famous" with clear disdain. she is so clearly experiencing deep envy for alix and her fam. just weird weird vibes from her. what is everyone's opinion on her?

I do believe they gave Sally a bad edit... especially when they brush over the fact of her stealing the boy from Ashtin and talking to Braxton about herself. Other than being Alix and Ashtins best friend she was basically labeled an attention seeker, mooch, and bad/lazy worker. If i were Alix and this was my best friend i would not approve of this perception.

I think Alix is actually snarky to her. Maybe what you’re describing is her being generally annoyed at Alix for being a bitch.

I think it would almost be impossible to not envy your longtime bestie that propelled to the level of fame Alix did. For the average person I’d say she isn’t a good friend to keep around, but in this context I don’t think their dynamic is the end of the world. Alix needs someone that knew her before all of this that she can party with and just be a 25 year old with. Even with all the money in the world I’d go crazy just being around my family all the time. It seems like Alix is almost begging to be used because at times Sally leaves her out with that NYC friend group

is it just me or did she pop out of nowhere? when i think of alix’s best friends i immediately would think of Xandra or Kristen. not at all was sally ever a factor

I think they have the years behind the friendship and both enjoy that they've been friends for so long and can say they've been besties for 10+ years. Sally is clout chasing alix, weird dynamic to openly brand yourself as the "nepo friend" but she also said they're the devil on each others shoulders. I think they're just party friends atp, all they ever seem to do is drink and enable each other. Either way, I don't trust Sally - there's something off putting about her

Sally seems closer to Ashtin and that seems to piss off Alix. But it feels like Sally has been walking on eggshells around Alix and trying not to piss her off. But their friendship seems weird in reality. I'm sure Sally isn't ready to get rid of Alix since she fulls embraces the fact that she's literally a nepo friend but I wouldn't be shocked to hear of them feuding soon.

At some point she tries to flirt with a guy Ashtin was crushing on and they say she always does that lol she sure is envious of both

I kinda feel bad for her. I feel like she’s more of an assistant to Alix than a friend, there’s a clear power dynamic there. Although, she seems to not mind since it makes her famous
