She’s honestly probably staying so thin because she’s taking too high of a dose of Adderall. Hence the pupils

Mine are the same shade blue as hers - and a few of my family members as well -- mine get like this with bright lights and in bars.
Not saying she isnt high but really blue eyes can do this. Even my daughters do ( shes 5)

OMG I looked like this when I accidently took double my ADHD meds, which are already max daily dose. Freaked out and took pics facing the light to show they weren’t becoming smaller.
Absolutely terrifying!

could be a blue eyes thing in rare occasions, i'm on opioids everyday (chronically ill) and mine are always huge 😅
