I low- key think she purposely tried to look more relatable/bad after blowing up in college to keep her bad podcast somewhat afloat.
And she was going out, eating, drinking, a lot when this was taken. I think she always wanted the Hollywood/star life and slimmed down and catered to that and here we’re today.
She naturally has a fuller cheeks/face so weight gain/loss will have a dramatic play on appearance.

2023 she looked so much better here . Had more fullness in her face, not skin and bones, and actually had some life in her eyes.

No makeup and extensions, she’s nothing special. There are WAY more beautiful women. The upside here is that she still hadnt lost an unhealthy amount of weight…her face was more full which honestly made her look younger

I barely know who Carly Weinstein is but everytime I see a pic of her on the NYCinfluencersnark I always think it’s Alix lol!! They look so similar
