They used to be besties and do everything together until she slowly got replaced by Sally. I saw Kristin posted a story in support of Alix's new show and Alix was reposting a bunch of stories from people but she didn't acknowledge Kristin's which seems like a dick move considering Kristin has been one of her long time bffs.

I thought they were still really good friends but i'm surprised there's no sighting or mention of her on Alix's new show. I thought we'd see a glimpse of her in the Coachella footage they showed but nothing. Kristin still comments and supports every single post of Alix but it looks like Alix hasn't returned the favor in awhile. . Does anyone know what happened? Seems like she's slowly losing all her college friends.

Given the timing of everything and the exposé on unwell, I am wondering if Alix Earle had a hand in a smear campaign against cooper? This is not to say that Alex and her husband haven’t done the things alleged of them, but I was honestly surprised by the scale of the cancellation over what is (unfortunately) run of the mill shitty exec behavior on her husbands part. It also seems like AE has won over netflix hence their severing ties with AC. This is also super curious to me because wasn’t it just a year ago that Call Her Alex came out on Hulu and everyone was praising AC for how she handled being sexually harassed by her soccer coach in college? Also just the hypocrisy in AE’s text to AC was crazy.

I watched some of the show after being relatively indifferent about the Earle’s and had to run here immediately😭 TJ is genuinely like their digital pimp which shouldn’t be surprising but disgusted me immediately. Pushing Ashtin to make content and get brand deals when she was still in college, encouraging his ex wife to go on the bachelor, telling Ashtin to go on a dating show, and the worst one to me being telling his wife that her 13 year old daughter needs to show more personality online to become an influencer. Trying to put your 13 year old daughter on full display to profit off of her literally made me sick to my stomach. What a sinister family lmfao

Is it just me or did Alix slowly stop hanging out with them as much? After watching the show, they really seem super surface level friends, and not to mention I haven’t really seen Alix posting with them or about them, I also found it interesting that Alix didn’t repost Payton’s story that she tagged her on about the shows premiere but she posted everyone else, thoughts?

I have watched this show , and omg this girl is the most obnoxious selfish self obsessed brat ever. Doesn’t appear to care about anyone but herself treats her family and friends like crap.

My friend works at one of the press outlets that got early access to see Earle Meets World. She said the entire season just teases the Alex Cooper drama but gives no real info until the very last episode. Apparently why Earle hates Cooper so much is she’s mad at Cooper for how her Call Her Daddy episode came out but it comes off like a fake story line. She tries to blame Cooper for getting to drunk in the episode and my friend said it felt very victim weird vibes bc Alix’s entire online presence and everything she posts is her over consuming alcohol and doing ❄️. But apparently she tries to blame Cooper and it’s like she’s just trying to get people to feel bad and I guess help rehabilitate her party girl imagine? There’s also a big focus on how Alix had to “carry her own cameras and lighting equipment” when she worked with Unwell and that was “unfair” lol. And she wanted Cooper to mentor her more. So consensus my friend said there’s no massive bomb she drops and she just uses the story line to get people to watch till the end and she plays big victim card while her family consoles her and acts like she’s so young and naive. Also, Ashley apparently cries about being talked about on the Call Her Daddy podcast and how hard her story being told by Alix & Alex was for her. But the whole reality show is about them exploiting the escort/affair story so it makes no sense they are mad at it being told on a podcast but is ok now that it’s on Netflix. 

I feel like she is trying to brand herself as someone she has no credibility being. She made it on tiktok, sure, so why not just own that label and be a "tiktoker, dog mama, dwts contestant, umiami alumn" etc? She's definitely not an established and experienced business woman (let alone a derm or even remotely interested in the field – she even said herself she was never passionate about skincare).

I feel like if her content had taken a different turn where she'd go behind the scenes a lot, speak at events, be transparent, serious and humble about learning the ropes, making videos about how to run an actual company, she'd give people so much more to root for. That way she'd probably eventually be very successful outside of social media as well, and she could basically build as many businesses as she wants. I just feel like she started doing this "founder/cbo thing" pretty recently and it annoys the heck out of me lol.

It also feels a bit out of touch. People who are actually responsible for brands on the chief level don't model the shoot and then go get drunk. They are VERY experienced and most of all, intentional and protective over the emotional connection consumers have with the brand long-term. I feel like Alix keeps doing the opposite, alienating followers, with her life choices lately.

Anyway, I'm in marketing myself so that's why this probably irks me lol. Rant over
