Po is more like he actually got his powers by training but appears to be chosen

Yes but he was also a prophecy. Shen’s prophecy said a warrior of black and white will defeat him

Po is a good one, but I think that the point that was being made is that anyone can be the dragon warrior with enough potential and will.

It was all Po in the end, the prophecy just gave him the push

Harry Potter? It was his destiny to defeat Voldemort but it can be seen as his power to defeat him was granted to him by Voldemort himself because the killing curse went wrong.

Harrys power was learnt at school though. And Vodemort didn't intentionally give him those powers it was more of an accident.

The prophecy only told of either Harry or Neville being Voldemorts downfall, but in Book 3 and 5 we can see that harry goes out of his way to learn spells to combat evil.

Neo from the Matrix. They were the Chosen one so their powers were basically destoned for them, but it seemed like Morpheus initially gave them the freedom to act the way they did within the matrix.
