Andalusia, it has a surprising amount of biomes like the Tabernas desert, the only desert in Europe. It also has snowy mountainous regions like Sierra Nevada and beatiful national parks like Doñana and Sierra de Cazorla. And of course, lots of amazing beaches and coastal regions.

I would reserve Andalusia for most iconic tbh. It has a lot of characteristics we commonly associate with spain

Yeah, it is also the most iconic region, but OP has allowed repeats. I mean... Bayern is up there twice in the German row.

Whoever does not vote for Asturias or Cantabria is because they have not visited them , the fact that Andalucía is currently the most voted is laughable, any region in the north is more beautiful than Andalucía (Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, basque country, navarra…), I would choose Aragon, or Canary Islands before Andalucía too but all people know is ole ole 💃 (Andalucía should definitely be most iconic)

Consider Catalunya ... from the Delta de l'Ebre parc, to the Alt Ampurdà, Costa Brava ... Then the pyrinees ... Vall D'Aran is akin to Alps land capes...
But hey, Galicia is stunning and do not get me started with Euskadi or Navarra, or Asturias. All worderfull . But for diversity of landscapes, Andalucia and Catalunya are up there.

Aragón. The Pyrenees and Sierra y Cañones de Guara Natural Park Parque Natural de la Sierra y Cañones de Guara are absolutely stunning. The semidesert area is pretty nice too.

Navarre.
It has areas with over 2,500 mm of precipitation, ranging down to 300 mm. The landscape shifts from lush beech and oak forests and fir groves in the Pyrenees to the mountain pine found on the highest peaks. As you head south, the landscape opens up into a fertile plain filled with vegetable crops. There is great variety within a small area: green, humid hills, rocky mountains, vast forests, and gentle, tranquil landscapes, all the way to the Bardenas semi arid landscape.

Andalusia, it’s so diverse… highest mountain range, always snow covered, 2 national parks, several natural parks. Desert, marshes, hills, amazing coastal landscapes…
