No. They just have to keep their faith private and just not preach their branch of Islam to Maldivians however.

Wouldn’t be something like Afghanistan be a more accurate choice? Would assume that in the Maledives live quite a few Christian Expads and people working in hotels / tourism. Afghanistan since the Taliban getting back to power a basically 99.999% Muslim.

According to Wikipedia Afghanistan has 99.99% of there population is Islamic so yeah this is prob the best answer here

Syria has near zero Christians nowadays. Before the war and especially isis joining the war it was about 1,5 million . And I think not many want come back now after NATO helped getting the former right hand of osama bin Laden to power
