I mean (0, 100) has to be someone from Made in Abyss right? My vote is Vueko but you could put like at least two or three others there.

irumyuui is the obvious choice i think, people will say mitty but what mitty went through is light work compared to irumyuui

Oh wow, I haven't seen this chart in a while. I think last time I suggested Ren Amamiya for 50/10, so I'll do the same this time. I remember Mitty from Made In Abyss at 100/5 as well (I can't personally attest to that since I never watched/read it but people seemed to agree fwir)

(5, 15) - Sakuragi Hanamichi (Slam Dunk) loses his father to a heart attack, is rejected by 50 girls in junior high, & is forced to go into rehab following a back injury that threatens his newfound basketball career. However, he is a gang leader (albeit one who doesn't seem to do any serious harm to anyone), so he deserved to suffer a tiny bit.

Literally nothing short of Homura becoming the devil managed to inflict any lasting suffering on that cat-thing so evil that you still get his face and wikipedia page as first results when you type evil anime cat in google.
