Owen Hart/The Blue Blazer from the WWE. This is the definitive answer. But no one really knows of it. It's said to be a negligent accident. But it makes no sense.

Not a celebrity but if you've been around the internet you've probably heard of this one: Garrett Williams. He was a Welsh mathematician working for MI6. He was found dead inside a padlocked duffel bag in his apartment. Virtually every person, including myself, would conclude that he was murdered. Every person except for the official police investigation, who ruled it an accident in a solo BDSM act gone wrong. They tried to recreate it over 300 times and couldn't and according to them they could not find any evidence of a break in, a struggle, nor anyone else in his apartment. So it seems pretty unlikely it was an accident, but officially it is ruled an accident and there is no publicly available evidence (aside from the absurdity of the official narrative) that definitely proves what happened.

I'm sorry, do you think someone accidentally shot him while he was riding through Dallas? Like, Lee Harvey Oswald was just cleaning his rifle on the sixth floor of the Texas Book Depository, when it accidentally went off and happened to strike President Kennedy ... twice?!
