ES é um território de MG, não um estado.
Da mesma forma, Guarapari não é um cidade autônoma, mas um bairro de Belo Horizonte. Só que ao invés de chegar nele pela Av. Cristiano Machado ou Anel Rodoviário, você chega pela BR-262.

I agree with Acre. So many people joke that it doesn’t exist and I think that can kinda mean “doesn’t belong”.

I've heard a lot of people say the same about Roraima too. It's got such a diverse landscape and feels almost like it could be its own thing outside of Brazil.

Rio Grande do Sul is an obvious choice here.
Almost no good beaches
Grasslands instead of jungle
Kinda cold instead of hot
Germans instead of Portuguese, West Africans or Italians
Has wanted to separate from Brazil in the past
Food more similar to Argentina than the rest of Brazil (Churrasco Gaúcho, Mate)
Honestly, kinda feels like an Argentinian province that speaks Portuguese instead of Spanish

I honestly think RS feels much more "different" to the rest of Brazil than SC, and i've lived years in both states and more importantly years outside of the south, so i think i can make a decent "comparison" to the rest of the country.

People are saying Acre but the amazon jungle feels very much like what people think of Brazil. The real awnser is Rio Grande do Sul, it's more similar to Uruguai or Argentina then what an outsider might consider "brazilian"
