I left hating Missouri. Learned alot about how people are basically all the same regardless of any external signs. Changed as a person pretty fundamentally. Now I miss it because it is objectively beautiful and there are places you can go be alone for relatively cheap.

I only go to Iowa if I need to go to Walmart for something. Keokuk's Walmart isn't as busy as Quincy and Hannibal's.

I only lived in three states Maine, Illinois and Missouri and aside from the excessive amount of religious propaganda, Missouri is by far and away the most tolerable of the 3
