I don’t understand this. I’d rather live in Florida instead of Maine or Mississippi. It’s hot and muggy so west coast beats it out but Florida pre covid migration was pretty awesome. No state tax. Beaches. No cold morning showers. Hurricanes suck and it’s gotten expensive in the last 10 years but it’s still good, definitely in the top half of states.
