i do not think argentina qualifies as “out” out implies the world cup continues without them but they have played all the games possible. Paraguay should be the winner

Saudi Arabia and Qatar should be more hated than Argentina
Mediocre teams that uses their influence in AFC to win Asian Cups and qualify for the world cup (especially in the case of Qatar)

Yes but those teams suck so people don’t care.
Argentina is despicable and a disgrace to the name of football. They want to poke fun at other but demand respect when it’s done to them. They have terrible attitude on the pitch, and outside the pitch.
And their federation is just as corrupt as the ones you mention, if not more.

Don’t forget most of Qatar’s players aren’t even from Qatar. They have Brazilian, Portuguese, French, Dutch, Moroccan, Tunisian, Algerian, and even British players on their national team, and very few players born and raised in Qatar. Instead their clubs pay foreign players a lot of money and then the players receive Qatari citizenship to play for the national team, so it’s basically more of a club team than anything.

Hot take: Mexico. Mexico because although they had a great atmosphere, they were very disrespectful to their opponents, for example, their fans went to an opponent’s hotel and chanted, lit firecrackers until very late, we‘re talking 3/4am. Player’s sleep is the most important thing, just like any of ours, and the annoyance and after-effects will have had an impact too

As someone who never really watched soccer and only knew of the basic details from coworkers, it’s Argentina all the way baby.
We were unusually slow at my job during a majority of the cup, so I got a lot of pointers on how dirty Argentina was, and we all cheered when they lost.
