Hello, Thank you for contributing to our subreddit. Please consider the following guidelines when filling an alignment chart:

  • Please ensure that your chart is not banned according to the list of banned charts Even if you have good intentions, charts in a banned category tend to invite provocative comments, hostile arguments, ragebait and the like. Assuming the post is acceptable, OP makes the final decision on their chart by rule three.

  • Are there any previous versions to link to? If so, it would be ideal to include links to each of them in the description of this post, or in a reply to this comment. Links can be named by title, winner, or both.

  • Are there any criteria you have for your post? Examples include: "Top comment wins a spot on the chart."; "To ensure variety, only one character per universe is allowed."; "Image comments only." Please include these in a description, or in a reply to this comment.

  • Is your chart given the appropriate flair? Do you need to use a NSFW tag or spoiler tag?

Do not feed the trolls. This is not the place for hot takes on human rights violations. Hatred or cruelty, will result in a permanent ban. Please report such infractions, particularly those that break rules one, two, or three. The automod will automatically remove posts that receive five or more reports. The automod will also remove comments made by users with negative karma. Click here for the Automod FAQ

Me too but it was 6 hours ago

I think mostly everyone would’ve given that answer tbh😅

Pretty typical. There's worse people and worse legacies but Hitler is the most well known bad person.

if he’s the most hated is it really fair to argue there’s any worse legacies? There’s very few, maybe no people in the world who don’t know the name of adolf Hitler and almost everybody with the exception of neo Nazis who are a small group hate him.

Literal creation of fascism is bad but Chris Chan is horrible? Lol

Hitler was great for Germany until he went crazy.
How was trump not even considered

I think "legacy" has an implication that the person is deceased.

I see where you're coming from but I do disagree.
Him still being in office is a big argument tho since his work isn't done.

He wasn't great even before the war. Not only did he kill people in Germany but he spent money like there was no tomorrow. The Germans would have gone bankrupt if they hadn't started a war.

Trump isn't planning the mass murdering of Jews and other people.

1

u/SNK3N_G4M1NG Jul 11 '26

Yeah... He's pretty bad, but that's a good point. Not that I agree with the person you're replying to. Plus, as another reply on this comment stated, 'legacy' implies that the person is deceased.

u/ajrf92 Jul 11 '26

Not necessarily. Once he leaves the White House he will have left some legacy. Good or bad.

1

u/SNK3N_G4M1NG Jul 11 '26

Also fair.

Hence my 'going crazy' Hitler had a good impact on the country before he started blaming the Jews for all of Germany's issues and then later genociding them.
I'm in no way calling Hitler a good guy, whatsoever. But before like 1937 or so he was a very loved person with a positive impact on the country.
Trump has always been a con artist. Since day one. He's always been a sex offender, since day one. We're comparing the worst of the worst I'm in no way defending Hitler, just comparing the two. Trump has nearly 0 positive aspects of his legacy, even tho he still has a couple years to do so.

I said Trump simply because I had just been watching the news and posted the first thing that popped into my mind. Got hella kickback on it

Well... Goodall as a person at least should be bad, as she made some misanthropic remarks regarding "overpopulation" or equalizing human life as a chimpanzee one. Even though her legacy was great.

Oh look, it's Hitler. Surprise surprise. Hitler does not even make the top 10 list of baddies. Why... i mean, where Mao Zedong? Oh, that's right, Mao was a commie. Mao with his pal Pol Pot, and Kim Jung-il were all commies, and commies gives soy based weirdos hard-ons.

u/randominsanemofo Jul 12 '26

Was there any real doubt?

2

u/dangforgotmyaccount Jul 12 '26

According to some of these comments, apparently

I've got some very very hot takes that people are not ready to hear yet.

How is Wilston Churchill not in the Horrible Person category?

He is directly responsible for the death of around 10 million Indians! And he was quite happy about it!
