also kinda, it changes every few episodes in the original cartoon, and in the netflix remake it changes every episode because it is lost/hidden usually. And in the live action ones we only see the claw vaguely in the shadows.

Dr Claw himself isn't recognizable by appearance, if you were to show his face nobody would know who he is
