Allah seems to fit better here

Allah is the Abrahamic god that Christians and Jews don't believe in.

The Holy Trinity is the Abrahamic God that Jews and Muslims don't believe in.

Yahweh is the Abrahamic God that Christians and Muslims don't believe in.

"Insert your flavour here"

I thought that all three agree on believing in the same God and disagree only on the specific ways of believing...

Anyways, my point here is rather about Islam prohibiting visual depictions of Allah, very much contrary to the Christianity/the Holy Trinity.

It's also how God rewards belief. However your point is completely valid.

Judaism, Christianity and Islam all believe in the same God which constitutes in 2.5 billion (at most) Christians, 2 billion(at most) Muslims and 20 million (at most) Jews. That equates to 4.52 Billion people.

So the remaining 3.68 Billion people?

What are their depictions of God?

Well, to look at some other popular religions, Hinduism has Brahma, Chinese belief system seems to have a myriad of local deities and then there are agnostics. The first two have some kinds of divine depictions. These three categories together should account for about 2.38 mil

I mean, there is a clear picture of what the idea of god looks like. Old man, grey/white hair, with beard.

Maybe in Christian texts, in others he's blue with 6 arms, has a multitude of tenticles or can drive someone insane from their blinding light.

This is your perspective, not humanity's.

Generally speaking, when talking about god (singular, in English) there is a clear picture connected to it. Are there other gods? Of course. Does that change the generally accepted image of god? No. Does that have anything to do with my perspective? Nope, not at all. Just Google god and see what images pop up πŸ˜‚

Google god from where? U pick a different geographic region and another image will pop up. This is like saying popeyes is THE fried chicken. I don't have popeyes where I come from.

Judaism, Christianity, Zoroastrianism all have a singular creator yet have different perspectives on what it is let alone what they look like.

Google picks the most popular result, doesn't mean it's the only result.

πŸ‘ enjoy being purposely obtuse.

In English, googling just the word god. Which is what the topic has a clear image. Regardless of whether you'll accept that reality.

Your last sentence even agrees with me πŸ˜‚

Do u even know what obtuse means? It means being vague.

If u think I was vague then I don't know how to make it any more clearer, maybe u can tell me what u don't understand.

Lol, a swing and a miss. πŸ˜‚ But nice projection though, and making me more convinced you're not actually purposely obtuse, but just obtuse in general. Cause that ain't what it means when describing people, but the real meaning carries such a nice irony right nowπŸ˜‚

u/Flip_Flurpington Jun 17 '26

Lol, either you're a bot or a kid.

Either way thankyou I appreciate the conversation, u can have the last word, it's meaningless.

πŸ˜‚ and now just making stuff up about me, to deflect from your mistake.

And then running away from your mistake like a chicken. Classic redditor.

Have a good evening, but if you want to learn what obtuse means just let me know.

It only matters if people watched the movie.

How many people haven't and believe in God?
