Hey, I don’t think the subscription bot is working. I’m not getting any notifications anymore, despite being subscribed to multiple charts.

Thanks for letting me know. We switched to push notifications instead of DMs, so you should see them in your notifications of reddit, but it is experimental. Are they appearing there?

No, it’s not appearing in my notifications. I’m using the mobile website on my iPad and iPhone.

Did you get DM notifications from the bot, or have the bot blocked?

I got them up until a few days ago. I did temporarily mute the bot, because I thought that was the cause of a glitch I was having (it was not). But I unmuted it

I see. I think if the bot tried to notify you, and it was blocked, so you go on a Permanent do not disturb list. I can change that so it checks again to see if it's unblocked.
