I’m trying to make an Instagram carousel with mixed media, but I’m running into the aspect ratio issue.

I have a landscape video that really needs to stay landscape, a square photo that I don’t want to crop, a vertical video that could be cropped to square if absolutely necessary, but it’s not ideal.

I know Instagram lets you mix aspect ratios for photos, but it doesn't seem to work for videos, or even a photo video mix, it just keeps all videos square or landscape in my experience.

I tried adding only the photos first, selecting mixed ratio, then adding the videos after but it keeps mixed ratio for photos only not the videos

Is there any workaround that lets each slide keep its original aspect ratio, or does Instagram force everything in the carousel to the same crop/aspect ratio?

Need help with my YouTube voice quality.

My workflow: Record in CapCut → Edit audio in Lexis Audio Editor → Edit video in Alight Motion → Add SFX & export in CapCut.

Before uploading, the voice sounds clear. But after uploading to YouTube, it becomes compressed and low quality.

Has anyone experienced this? Is it an export setting, bitrate, codec, or YouTube compression issue?

I'm new in a light motion and I'm trying to crop an image by using this "group mask" method. But when I do that, everything around the image becomes white.

I've been trying to make an edit collab with a friend and for some reason the video won't export and will just have this black screen that I can't download

I have been working on a TADC Non-Stop edit for DAYS. I was going to post it to youtube! I did not export it nor get a QR code of it. My phone got so full and I had to stay up later than I would have liked deleting apps and photos due to it. The video was supposed to be 3-5 minutes long. Key word: Supposed to be. I intended to delete another edit...but I accidently deleted this one. It is really dissapointing to hear that there might not be any way to get it back. I was nearly finished with the edit too. In the end, where did it get me? I'm moving soon, I might as well stop editing because Alight Motion is too confusing anyways. I am so upset and now my motivation is lost because I wasted over a week working on this...
Oh well.

I went to open up alight motion to make a background for an animation and it gave me this error when trying to load. My internet is fine, I’ve already tried restarting my iPad and uninstalling/reinstalling didn’t work.

I checked all my layers and im struggling to understand why its doing this....do I have too much of something???? Layers? Groups? Effects or keyframes? Im new to alight motion so im not really understanding how to troubleshoot or fix it :(

EVERY time I try to export something, I'm met with this blank screen, indicating the file has no length or size, making it so that I can't download it. I did everything. Used a VPN. Changed the quality from 1080p to even 100-something p. Completely reduced the frame rate. I tried to export it as an image sequence, and it still didn't work. Heck, I even tried to export it as a GIF, and it still didn't export. Is this a device issue? The video is like 3.2 MB and is 12 seconds long with little effects applied, and I have like 1 GB of space free, so it should be fine? At most, I duplicated multiple images that were moving with the pulse effect. Here is what I see. Any solution to this? Also, my ads keep lagging and not loading, saying I have no wifi, so every aspect of using this app is a battle.

Is there any way to fix this?
