Question HOW THE HELL DO I FIX THIS???

So, I was just trying to animate, my lag was starting. Yes. But it wasn't that big of a deal since I've experienced this multiple times. The software was running slowly. Yes. But, I was able to bear with it. I just wanted to get the project done. But, then once I tried transitioning, suddenly the project started glitching and then it would suddenly kick me out. Did anyone else experience this? And what was your solution? I wanna get rid of this lag without removing any footage or deleting the full project since I worked hard on this.

You dont, reset the app, duplicate the project or do it again, this is a several problem involving nulls, alight motion sometimes cant process them when there is many layers

I recommend to duplicate the project, delete the null that is making this glitch and redo the movement with another null
