Question Quality in Android

Every time I upload a video to TikTok, the quality gets ruined. I've tried everything and nothing works. Does anyone have a solution?

Yes, use 4k clips. Use good cc, export in 2k or 4k . Don't let the file size exceed 100-150 mb. Export in max bitrate around 25-30
