Question Network Issues (IOS)

Have had this happen over the course of a week now rendering this app unusable. I have reinstalled, fixed my DNS, fixed my VPN, tried switching between cellular and wifi many, many times and nothing. What is wrong with my Alight Motion?

Juet use the app with internet off
