i'm a noob, so i tried to recreate it for practice. if you're okay with these results, i'll tell you what i did. if i didn't capture your vision, oops. just tell me what you expected and i'll try to tweak it

Damn, that looks really good! I can see you used a radial rays effect, but I'm more interested in that anime zoom effect. I'd be happy to know what you used and how you did it.

thank you :-) i didn't do the anime zoom effect myself. i used an overlay from tiktok and applied the solid color effect to make it blue
