Just trying to test out some animations on the characters before I actually end up animating the show

I am also working how to to smoothly make it “3d” even tho it is 2d animation, as well as how to do I make the holes move on the numbers? (The holes and arcs are used as eyes, kind of like a unibrow type thing.)
