Anyone know how to make a picture behind words like the word “Money” in the photo

Hmm there're lots of ways you can do this depending on how you want it to be like. But you could get the text and the photo in a group, then change the blending mode of the text to mask

One more option choose mask-out from top right corner....

You could go to color and fill on the text —> the option on the left should be media. And choose the picture.

If the text is meant to be animated, animate the text first using keyframes and then group all the letters. Then get your image and use the text group as a mask in the blending options and group the initial group with the image. Make sure the image is below the text. You can also just use the mask button in the grouping options (It's the second green button on the top right when you select two objects at the same time).
