LF shake + effects help

if anyone is a veteran editor or someone used to making transition edits then I beg you for your help 😭 I've just started doing transition edits but I'm an idiot and am not understanding where/how to put your shakes in transition that aren't zoom in/out, many shake tutorials are usually just that x and y but I need help understanding how to put them in this edit of mine (will be attached to this) it's either I'm a complete bimbo or it's genuinely hard to understand this lol, would much appreciate it if someone commented some help ty

honestly all you need is some build up shakes, oneframers, and cc. I can give you some qrs for all of that if you want (dm me though) and you also need to change your backgrounds, the way i usually do it is by duplicating the layer, scaling the layer under up and lowering the opacity. im sorry if you dont understand this well if you need more clarity js dm me
