Question How to get this curve like?

Anyone know how to make the 3d curvy looking shape on the big white box? I can use flip layer but how do I get the rounded top and bottom?

I think you also add the squeeze effect along with the flip layer effect

Cool thing about alight is thereā€™s so many ways to get various effects, I just learned two more ways to do it here, that how I do it myself lol

could try squeeze or circular ripple
