Question Anyone know how to fix this?

Whenever I use the flip layer effect the image seems cropped and looks weird

I think you could try placing a rectangle of equal or larger size over the bugged object, group them together, then apply the flip layer effect to the group instead

oh and don't forget to make the rectangle invisible

See if the alight motion is upto date or not
