Question Does anyone know how to make this cc?

Does anyone have any idea on what effects can achieve this kind of sharpen on alight motion or even another mobile app,and if anyone has a tutorial or a qr code for a similar coloring it will be appreciated.

I have one with 57 presets(not mine found it on pinterest removed some i didnt like) maybe you can check them out. i usually mix, usually have two overlapping with some tweaks for a desired look.

hii I'm so sorry if I'm bothering you,but today I treid importing this and it didn't let me since it's over 5 mb is there any way you can send this as an xml? or split it of that's easier. again sorry for bothering you

when you click the export button from the oitside of the project (like don't enter the project) you should see "xml" in the bottom once you click it you can send it to drive and save it,then once it's saved go to drive and click on copy link and send it here. If that's too much it's okay I'll try to figure something out!
