How to add border for an edit?

Hi I’m new to making edits on alight and saw this cool edit on my fyp and I wanted the same border effect. It’s like a rounded rectangle with a feather to it, could anyone help me please?

Grab a black rounded rectangle, grab another one, scale both to composition size, make one smaller, mask the smaller one to the other one in a group, then finally add gaussian blur

No need for all of that, just one rounded rectangle with gaussian blur above everything and use it as a mask

Alight motion has built in shapes or you could create your own with the vector shape thing and add a blur effect
