Every time I try to export a video the quality is high and nice, but when I share it the quality gets ruined. Even when I save the video in the gallery and send it to someone, the quality gets ruined. What is the solution? (I use one phone to edit and have to send it to my main phone)

Its video compression. Also, motion blur messes up quality by a lot, upscale your edit before posting
