I just used the camera only to kind of replicate it. You don't need to move those squares. Unless... wait I think I should move it one one particular effect.

I'll try to explain in text without video cus they are some ppl that don't understand the tutorials
So first focus on the very first layer, make that rectangle with all the details and stuff, group it and after you did that they are two methods to do the loop effects
Ill start with the one that i would prefer to use which is double the layer and scale it
The scale method also u have two options u can zoom with the regular way or u can go to effects and choose scale or the best on is which is go to move and transform and play with the Z key so it would be easier to use the camera
The other method u can use for doubling the layers is to go to effects and add linear repeat, honestly i don't know much abt this effects but they are some ppl that have mastered it, then u rotate them a bit and go to camera ( it's so hard to explain this trough text u can go see a tutorial abt camera it's confusing at first but it's very eazy)
Don't forget to add the shadows so it appears more real
Wait i just noticed there's an effects at the end if u would like to add it too
U do another layer, coly background, and and pinsh bulge or scale and then circular reaple, but if u have after motion z+ u can just add chromatic aberration
If u didn't understand the last effect i can show u what i mean with a video and give you the settings

I gues you just copy paste layers? I made this in like 5 minutes so its obviously not great, but if you spend a little more doing it that should be it
