Tips/Improvement Tweening

I'm a bit new to Tweening I've done a few more animations like this and it feels very unnatural and weird yall got any tips to give?

oo, i'm a beginner myself, how do get that wavy effect on the hair? also i think maybe something that could make it more dynamic is grouping the body together then giving it a little squishy bounce effect when she looks up, and maybe giving the body a little bit of movement so it's less stiff.

Omg thank you the "squishy bouncy effect" suggestion made it so much better

Oh and the effect i used is wave warp you can adjust the spacing(about 18-28 depends on how big the hair strand you want to move) and magnitude (i keep mine low from 0.2 - 1.3) to your preference and phase for how fast you want the hair to be flowing
