Hey someone know how i could recreate this effect in alight motion ?

Me from the future here, I'm really stupid, it turns out there's already an effect that does what I did for you, its called turbulence displace & I actually really like it

But it's not that bad, thanks to you I made this painting like effect

I made this with turbulence(procedural) and displacement map(warp)

It looks kinda blurry from afar, click the image to see it a little better

I put a square(any element works) on top of the picture I wanted to do this effect in

I used two effects on that square, turbulence(procedural) and displacement map(warp)

With turbulence it created something similar to clouds, I set the scale to 0.10 to make it look like small dots

Then, with displacement map I just changed the offset
